Designed for children currently enrolled in grades 1 through 4.

It’s time for some slime! If you are a slime expert, or have never touched the sticky stuff, this is the camp for you! Learn about the science behind slime as we explore different sorts of Non-Newtonian fluids, experiment with crazy ingredients, and of course, get a little messy. During Slime Time! Campers will:

• Discover the meaning behind non-Newtonian fluids, their properties, and the chemical binds that keep them together

• Play with the conductive properties of slime by creating a simple circuit that plays music and lights up!

• Explore the world of oobleck, making it dance and wiggle while witnessing its shear thickening ability and changing viscosity

• Experiment, hypothesize, and test to create the ultimate slime recipe by participating in our first ever slime factory!

Participants must bring their own nut-free lunch and snack. Aftercare is from 3pm - 5pm and available for $35.

We require written notice if you need to withdraw from a program. Please send written notice by email requesting the withdrawal. A full refund will be provided less a $10 administrative fee if cancellation is requested with 5 days advance notice. No refunds will be processed within two weeks of the program start day.
