Robot Mania

Designed for children currently enrolled in grades K through 5.
After Care from 3pm - 5pm is available and involves the campers exploring the Lab and its activities with a small group. After Care is available for an additional $35 per child.
Explore the world of robotics in Robot Mania! From building to coding, this camp will take you through all that makes a robot a robot. Campers will get a chance to program three different kinds of robots, as well as make their own to take home!
Campers will:
• Explore the inner-workings of machines complex and simple that help us in our everyday lives.
• Build miniature “bristlebots” and navigate through a challenging maze.
• Try their hand at colorful coding with Ozobots!
• Create their own simple commands for a robotic arm, and teach it to wave hello!
Participants must bring their own nut-free lunch and snack. Aftercare is from 3pm - 5pm and available for $35.

We require written notice if you need to withdraw from a program. Please send written notice by email requesting the withdrawal. A full refund will be provided less a $10 administrative fee if cancellation is requested with 5 days advance notice. No refunds will be processed within two weeks of the program start day.
