Spring is finally here and with it comes lots of opportunities to explore the science of nature that is all around us.
Our popular Kids Night Out program means after-hours fun at the Lab for your kids while you enjoy a grown up evening. This program is for children in grades Kindergarten through 6th.
Pizza, fruit, drinks, and dessert will be served in the Garage while watching science videos, followed by rotations through various science activities including:
• Learn about circuitry and simple electronics while creating a one- of-a kind take-home bug!
• Discover all the hidden colors within a flower petal using capillary action to bring out pigmentation with Flower Power!
• Give the Earth some love. Upcycle a container from your home and work with our staff to plant sustainable seeds.

Children will be checked in at Guest Services. Children will be checked out to the parent checking in, unless previously noted, at Guest Services.
Please note that this is a drop-off only event. If your child experiences separation anxiety or needs individual attention to eat or visit the bathroom, this event is not recommended.
