A Day of Coding

A Day of Coding, Thursday, January 3, 9 am - 3 pm.
Designed for children currently enrolled in grades 1 through 4.
Campers will learn the basics of programming, including planning, logic, and coding. They will apply these concepts to create projects all their own. In A Day of Coding, campers will:
* Get an introduction to programming through fun games and projects.
* Try their hand at coding with Scratch and Python.
* Explore Lego Mindstorms with a team challenge.
* Exercise their teamwork skills in a group robotics project.
* Create an invention that's truly their own to take home with them.
Participants must bring their own nut-free lunch and snack.
Aftercare is from 3pm - 5pm and is available for $35.

We require written notice if you need to withdraw from a program. Please send written notice by email requesting the withdrawal. A full refund will be provided less a $10 administrative fee if cancellation is requested with 5 days advance notice. No refunds will be processed within two weeks of the program start day.
